High pressure will continue to dominate the region for one more day. High temperatures will warm into the lower 80s with mostly sunny skies and a light breeze. The clouds will increase slightly tonight as overnight lows fall into the 50s. Wednesday will be partly cloudy with highs topping out near 80 degrees. A cold front will bring scattered showers and a few storm to the region Wednesday afternoon. At this time, the severe threat is low. Showers and storms will continue into early Thursday morning before clearing the area. Temperatures will cool into the 70s for the rest of the workweek.
