What used to be a run of the mill fence in downtown East Lansing, is now a piece of art.
City officials and artists unveiled the new installation along Albert Avenue today.
Four "artistic fence panels" were designed to remind people of existing visual elements in East Lansing.
The project was paid for by the Lansing Area Economic Partnership.
The group says art and culture play a big role in attracting a talented workforce.
