LANSING, Mich. — Some light rain with maybe a few snowflakes mixing in are possible tonight, but we're not anticipating much. Temperatures drop into the lower 30s. Tuesday starts off dry with highs in the upper 30s, but later in the day snow moves in. This snow continues through Wednesday, and some lingering snow is possible Thursday. By the time all is said and done, most of us can expect to see around 6 inches of snow. However areas southeast of Lansing and Jackson could see closer to 9 inches. Spots northwest of Lansing may only get a couple inches of snow. Following the snow the cold air returns. Highs Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be in the middle to upper 20s.
