LANSING, Mich. — Mainly clear skies are expected tonight, but clouds will return by daybreak as temperatures drop to near the freezing mark. Wednesday we'll see more clouds with a rain and snow mix. This moves through later in the morning hours, but we should dry out in the afternoon. Regardless of what falls, because the ground is fairly warm, everything should melt and lead to wet conditions. Highs Wednesday will be in the middle 40s. We get back into the middle 50s Thursday with rain returning in the evening.
