LANSING, Mich. — Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight as temperatures drop into the middle 30s. We'll see more of the same Friday, with more clearing in the evening. Highs Friday will be near 50 degrees. Saturday is dry to start and as we head into the afternoon, but later in the afternoon into the evening we'll see rain return. There could be a few storms as well. Heavy rain will be the biggest threat with this system. We could see 1" to 2" around the area, with higher amounts in the southeast part of the state. A few showers may be around early Sunday, then we dry out with highs in the upper 50s.
