LANSING, Mich. — Showers are expected this evening, but we should see more dry time overnight as temperatures drop into the middle 30s. We see numbers soar to near 60 degrees later Thursday as we get a strong surge of air from the south. These gusty winds will usher in the warmer temperatures and more rain and maybe a few storms. The best chance comes later in the evening and into the night Thursday. Friday morning lingering showers are expected in the morning, but the rest of the day will be cool and windy. The high Friday will be in the upper 50s very early in the morning. Most of the day will be spent in the 30s.
