Former Lions head coach Jim Caldwell is reportedly heading to the Dolphins staff.
It was reported he was an offensive coordinator candidate, but it appears he'll be a senior advisor to Brian Flores. The MMQB's Albert Breer says Caldwell will join Flores' staff once the Patriots linebackers coach ends his postseason run this year.
