The Ingham County Sheriff's Office was called to the accident scene on Hagadorn Road and Lamb Road after 2AM.
Police say the woman went off the road and crashed into Mud Creek. The water was up to vehicle's door frame when officers arrived at the scene.
The woman was taken to the hospital and the Ingham County Sheriff's Office tells FOX 47 that she is suffering from symptoms of hypothermia.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office added the woman is currently in stable condition at the hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation at this time and investigators have not ruled out whether the woman had a medical emergency or if alcohol was a factor.
