Lansing police have identified the man shot to death on Baker Street Thursday night as Willie Williamson.
Detectives believe the 30-year-old from Lansing was shot by somebody he knew following an altercation inside of a business on the 800 block of Baker.
The shooting happened near the corner of Baker and Lyons.
The suspect is described as a black man with a light complexion and a thin mustache.
He's believed to be between 25 and 40 years old.
