Police were on the scene Tuesday morning of a shooting where a man and a woman were found dead near their home on Marion Avenue.
Police have confirmed it was a murder-suicide where the man shot the woman, then shot himself.
It happened around 8:37 a.m. on the street of Victor Avenue in Lansing, near the home.
Police say the 45-year-old man shot a 39-year-old woman after arguing and walking down the street.
Neighbors called it in to the police. They said it was a surprise, and that they live in a good neighborhood.
