SAGINAW, Mich. — A judge has set a trial date for the man accused of shooting a Saginaw Township police officer.

Prosecutors said Joshua Rosebush shot Jeff Koeing during a traffic stop in January.

Rosebush faces 26 felonies including two counts of assault with intent to murder.

He is scheduled to be in court on Sept. 17.
