Our first snow of the season was a heavy winter storm. Snowfall reports ranged generally from 8-16" in Mid-Michigan. The snowy roads caused many car accidents and some weekend events were canceled, but many viewers shared the lighter and more scenic side of the first snow (and some nice photos from Silver Bells in the City 2015 right before the snow arrived).
Please, continue to send us your weather photos throughout the year! Share them with Fox 47 on Facebook and Twitter and with me, Meteorologist Dustin Bonk, on Facebook and Twitter.
