An armed robber entered Citizens Bank in Canton Township Thursday afternoon.
The robber barricaded himself inside the bank with at least three hostages.
Special operations and hostage negotiations teams had to work get the hostages out safely.
The hostages were rescued after about four hours and the suspect was taken into custody.
There were no injuries reported and a motive for the incident is unknown.
The FBI and local law enforcement are still investigating.
