A new survey says couples are saving their money to say " I do."
Overall wedding costs in 2017 decreased because couples are choosing to have less formal weddings.
The average wedding cost $33,000 dollars but that doesn't include the honeymoon.
The survey also says that unique venues and guest experiences were couple's top priority.
The most affordable state to get married in is new Mexico...where the average wedding cost $17,000.
