A number of sidewalk improvements will be taking place around the community of East Lansing over the next few months. Work is currently underway at the Coleman and Coolidge intersection to update the ramps.
Other work to be on the lookout for is Coleman Road at the Shearwater Lane intersection, Lake Lansing Road, east of Abbot Road.
Plus the east side of Abbot Road from the East Lansing Fire Department to just north of Saginaw Street.
Signs will be in place and there will be intermittent lane closures and motorists are asked to exercise caution in those areas. Work is expected to be finished by the end of June.
