Severe weather was seen across Michigan Thursday.
Several tornado warnings were issued across the state.
A tornado was confirmed in Shiawasee county, there have been multiple reported tornado sightings.
It happened around 7 P.M. Thursday evening in Vernon.
So far there have been reports of two homes damaged a metal roof torn off, and multiple telephone poles snapped.
The National Weather Service will send a crew to the area Friday to assess the damage and determine the strength of the tornado.
Multiple reports of strong winds and hail were also seen across Mid-Michigan.
