LANSING, Mich. — We have an update to a story we shared with you on Tuesday.

A controversial realtor sign in the Waverly Hills neighborhood has been replaced with a new one.

The sign originally read "Bob Pugh - Open House" with the words "Not Lansing" in the upper left hand corner.

The realtor, Bob Pugh says he did not mean anything by the sign and just wanted his buyers to be informed.

As of Wednesday night the words "Not Lansing" have been replaced with "No City Income Tax."

We have not been given any information on why the sign was suddenly changed.
