Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Verizon store on the 2500 block of Jolly Road in Delhi Township.

Police say around 2 p.m. Sunday, three black males wearing hooded sweatshirts entered the store. Two had their faces covered by masks and their hoods, while one also had a handgun.

The third did not have a mask on nor had his hood up, so police believe he may be a witness even though he left after the robbery.

The suspects left with an undisclosed amount of merchandise, fleeing in what police believe is an older, red, two-door vehicle with black wheels and possible damage to the driver side fender.

The Verizon store employee working at the time of the robbery was not injured.
