JACKSON, Mich (WSYM) - A Jackson woman is hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle in the city.
First responders were called to the 1000 block of Cooper Street around 9 p.m. Friday night.
The 58-year-old woman walked out in front of vehicle that was traveling south on Arnold Street.
She was taken to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital and is expected to survive.
Police say the woman had been drinking.
No charges will be filed against the driver.
