New criminal charges are expected to be announced this morning in the Flint water crisis.
State Attorney General Bill Schuette and Special Prosecutor Todd Flood will be holding a news conference at 11:30 a.m. at the University of Michigan-Flint to announce the second round of charges.
Three months ago, Schuette announced charges against two Michigan Department of Environmental Quality employees and a Flint City official.
The attorney general launched his investigation into Flint's contaminated water in January of 2016.
