MDOT will be closing down one lane of traffic on U.S. 127 this week for bridge work.
Starting Wednesday, one lane on the southbound side between M-43 (Saginaw Hwy) and just south of Trowbridge road will be closed from 9pm to 6am.
The overnight lane closure will be in place through the end of next week.
