Henry Ford Health names new president, CEO

JACKSON, Mich. — After a national search, Henry Ford Health Systems has named a new president and CEO for the Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson.

Henry Ford Health names new president, CEO (Source HFHS)The announcement came Thursday that Paula Autry will join the health system starting July 15. She replaces Georgia Frojasek, who will be retiring on July 31 after serving for 25 years as president and CEO.

Autry will provide strategic leadership and direction over the entire clinical and financial enterprise of Henry Ford Allegiance Health as well as the health system's Central Market, which holds a seven-county region in South Central Michigan.

"I could not be more excited to return to Michigan and join a storied organization like Henry Ford," said Autry. "Henry Ford has long been dedicated to clinical innovation and improving the health and wellness of the community, and I am simply thrilled for the opportunity to create a lasting impact on the well-being of the people of Jackson and the surrounding community."

Autry recently served as CEO of Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She also served as CEO of the Detroit Medical Center's Sinai-Grace Hospital.
