A court hearing is scheduled Thursday morning for the Holt teacher charged with sexually assaulting students.
Patrick Daley is facing a total of 12 felony charges.
Daley is a 5th-grade teacher at Washington Woods Middle School. The Ingham County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation on May 31, 2018, after several students accused him of sexually assaulting them.
He was suspended from teaching when the concerns came to light, according to the Holt School District. The district is now looking into tenure charges to terminate Daley's employment.
A hearing in the case is scheduled Thursday before Ingham County District Court Judge Thomas Boyd in Mason at 9:30 a.m.
