GRASS LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — "Friends of Grass Lake Township" have been trying to stop a gravel pit from being approved on Norvell Road.
Wednesday night, a judge decided the previous permit approved for a gravel pit, violated the law.
FOX 47 first told you about this story in October of 2017, when opponents of the plan tried to convince the planning commission to reject the request for a special use permit.
