EAST LANSING, Mich. — The city of East Lansing will be hosting a community deer management meeting on Thursday.

The meeting will give residents an opportunity to learn about urban deer management from a panel of experts from MSU, the Michigan DNR and USDA Wildlife Services.

The meeting will also give residents an opportunity to give feedback into metrics of success and future decision-making about deer management in the city via an anonymous polling exercise.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing Hanna Community Center at 819 Abbot Road.
