A Clinton County Child Protective Services investigator is accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
Daniel William Hulings of Bath is charged with seven counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
The State Department of Health and Human Services says Hulings was suspended without pay when the allegations came to light.
His accuser is a person known to him, but was not associated with any cases he was investigating.
He is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on June 28th.
