Jackson Police are reporting a robbery Monday where the suspects fled on bicycles.
It happened on Friday, October 13, on West Michigan Avenue in Jackson at about 3:30 in the morning.
The officers were responding to a call of an armed robbery by two young men with bandanas over their faces. The victim, a female, said the teens pulled out a gun and demanded her things. She gave them her cell phone, money and keys.
When the police located the boys, they fled, on bikes.
They were arrested once they were caught for armed robbery and for resisting an officer. They did find some of the stolen valuables on them and an airsoft gun. They stayed at the Youth Center that night.
One of the robbers is 14 years old and the other is 15.
