Three Lansing men are suspected of robbing a medical marijuana dispensary, and are now facing multiple felony charges.
Tuesday, around 1:00 a.m. Lansing Police responded to a burglary in-progress in the 3200 block of N. Larch.
When officers arrived the officers could tell the business was recently burglarized, and that the suspects were gone.Officers on scene spoke with a witness and obtained a description of the suspects, and the suspect vehicle.
Officers patrolling the area were able to locate the suspect's vehicle, and conduct a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Saginaw. When the vehicle stopped two passengers got out and fled on foot. The driver was taken into custody without incident.
Police recovered evidence of the burglary from within the vehicle. Within two blocks of the traffic stop Police were able to apprehend the two suspects who fled on foot. Both were taken into custody without incident.
All three suspects were transported to the Lansing Police Department Detention facility. Detailed investigative reports with regard to the above burglary were completed and given to the Ingham County Prosecutors office.
Tuesday afternoon the Ingham County Prosecutor issued charges on all three suspects. All three were arraigned in 54-A District court in front of Magistrate Millmore on the following;

Dominique Roshon Brown, 23-year-old Lansing man
CHARGE:
Count 1: Breaking and Entering Building – With Intent (Felony)
Count 2: Possession of Burglary Tools (Felony)
Count 3: Resist/Obstruct Police Officer (Felony)
BOND: $15,000.00 / 10%
Edward Charles Johnson Jr., 18-year-old Lansing man
CHARGE:
Count 1: Breaking and Entering Building – With Intent (Felony)
Count 2: Possession of Burglary Tools (Felony)
Count 3: Resist/Obstruct Police Officer (Felony)
BOND: $15,000.00 / 10%
All three suspects are next scheduled in 54-A District court in front of Judge Alderson on;
Pre-trial Conference: Friday 2/10/2017 9:30 a.m.
Preliminary Hearing: Friday 2/17/2017 9:30 a.m.
