Tonight, several neighbors identify 58-year-old Timothy Kenneth Decker as the man arrested yesterday by police and the FBI outside his home on Wagner Street.
According to an unsealed criminal complaint, Decker filmed naked underage boys with his own camera, and even targeted some at the Warren community center locker room.
Detectives say the case was first opened a few weeks ago, when a 20-year-old employee of Decker's came forward.
Documents say that employee, who is also an alleged victim, found videos on a thumb drive. The videos allegedly show Decker on camera, along with full nudity of underage makes from back in 2011.
In addition, the 20-year-old told investigators he found video of himself, taken without his knowledge back when he was 14.
Records show Decker owned a party rentals business. He also previously worked for a nearby school district for many years, as a custodian.
He remains behind bars in federal custody. His attorney could not be reached for comment.
