The Detroit Police Department is releasing a photo of a toddler who was found wandering on Detroit's west side. The child is between the ages of 1-2.
Police say a citizen found the toddler near Dover and Fitzpatrick, and drove him to firehouse at Joy and Southfield.
The toddler was transferred to the 6th Precinct.
