Magic Johnson brought a little holiday cheer to Lansing families and students in need on Sunday.
At the Holiday Hope event at Everett High School, Johnson revealed brand new bikes to hundreds of students.
He also provided students with food, presents and a visit from Santa.
"When they started screaming and when they knew that they were going to get a bike today, it's a great feeling," said Magic Johnson.
"I started crying the minute that screen went up and those kids were just screaming with joy when they saw all those bicycles," said Yvonne Caamal, superintendent of Lansing School District.
The Holiday Hope event also made stops in Flint and Detroit.
