A spokesman for the Ingham County Prosecutor's office says there has been a fourth warrant request submitted from the MSU Police Department related to the sexual assault investigation that involves three MSU football players.
The new warrant request is for "obstruction of official business," an MSU ordinance violation.
The spokesperson did not immediately have information on what the potential penalty for an ordinance violation is.
