The Ingham County Prosecutor's Office presented evidence of a suspected sexual assault on the night of January 16 on Michigan State's campus in district court on Tuesday, June 6. Three now-former MSU football players, Josh King, Donnie Corley, and Demetric Vance are charged in the case.

54-B District Court Judge Richard Ball approved the arrest warrants based on sworn testimony from MSU Police Detective Chad Davis.

The evidence included a statement from the woman accusing the three men on sexual assault. She told police it happened during the early morning hours of January 16, 2017 at the University Village Apartments on MSU's campus. She said King took her into a bathroom so they could speak in private, where she told him she did not want to have sex. The woman claims King then forced her to perform oral sex on him, then pulled her pants down and had intercourse with her. She told police Corley and Vance eventually came into the bathroom and she was forced to perform oral sex on them as well.

The accuser says she collapsed and the three men left her. During the investigation, King originally denied having sexual contact with anyone, but later admitted receiving oral sex from the accuser in the bathroom of the apartment. Detectives say they found video of King having sex with the accuser on his phone during a search. The accuser said she did not know that she was being recorded during the incident and did not consent to being recorded. Police say Corley and Vance both initially denied having sexual contact with anyone at the party but later admitted to receiving oral sex from the woman.
