Most women focus on feeling for lumps when they self-examine their breasts, but there are some lesser-known symptoms that could mean you have breast cancer.
A new study found 56 symptoms experienced by over 2,000 breast cancer patients.
The most common symptom was a breast lump, but about one in six women experienced other symptoms.
Six-percent complained about breast pains, one-percent had back pain and seven-percent reported nipple abnormalities.
Although most changes in the breast won't be cancer, experts say women should still see a doctor.
