It's well known that Vitamin D is good for bone and muscle health, but it could also keep you from getting sick. 

A new worldwide study focused on adults with low Vitamin D, because they are more susceptible to respiratory infections.

Researchers found regular Vitamin D supplements helped cut their risk of respiratory infections in half.

Even those without a deficiency showed some benefits from the supplements, but taking too much Vitamin D can cause other health problems.
