The health insurance market has improved for Americans buying their own plans.
That's according to a new survey from The Common Wealth Fund conducted last year.
Consumers said the Affordable Care Act has made it easier to get reasonably priced health coverage and fewer people reported going without care because of cost.
Medical expenses are still a problem for many Americans, especially those with no health insurance.
