A new study says about a quarter of senior citizens have never discussed their wishes for end-of-life care.
Researchers analyzed the Medicare data of 2,100 patients and found many people had had conversations with doctors or loved ones about things like power of attorney and advanced directives, but 27-percent said they had never talked about end-of-life care with anyone.
This was found especially true for people living in Hispanic and African American communities.
