There's new evidence out about the importance of exercise for children.

A new study from Norway found kids who were active had fewer symptoms of depression two years later than their more sedentary peers.

Children who got the most physical activity were the least likely to be depressed.

Researchers want to see if exercise may be an effective treatment for children who already have anxiety or depression.
