Starting this week, the hospital is giving each newborn baby a 'Future Spartan' packet. It includes a Michigan State onesie and a certificate designating the baby as a future Spartan.
The hospital says even some Michigan fans are taking part.
New parents will also go home with a 'Future Spartan' Snapchat filter they can use when taking pictures of their baby.
The program is offered to every child born at Sparrow Hospital.
