With the approach of winter weather and slick driving conditions, it’s more important than ever that car seats be installed properly.
Mickie Kreft, Injury Prevention Coordinator for Sparrow Hospital Trauma Services, demonstrated the do’s and don’ts of using a car seat during the winter months (hint: take off those bulky winter coats), what’s expected of parents, and detailed Sparrow’s inspection efforts and why they have been on the rise.
