St. Nick took time out of his busy schedule to visit the smallest patients at Sparrow Hospital on Tuesday.

He landed at the Sparrow Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to spread cheer to the premature babies and their families.

Santa posed for pictures with the babies' brothers and sisters and even listened to their wish lists.

The Sparrow RNICU is nationally recognized and provides care for nearly 600 acutely ill infants a year from across mid-Michigan.

They offer around-the-clock supervision of premature newborns and sick full-term babies.
