There's good news if you like spicy foods.
A new study done by researchers at the University of Vermont says eating red hot chili peppers just might help you live longer.
They found that people who ate red chili peppers had a 13-percent lower risk of early death than those who never ate them.
People who ate peppers were also less likely to die of all causes, but especially stroke and disease.
Experts say the capsaicin found in red chili peppers has health benefits.
