Having a positive attitude could help you live longer.

Researchers at Harvard University tracked the health of 70,000 women.

Those who were considered to be the most optimistic had a 30-percent lower risk of early death than the least optimistic women.

In fact, the study suggests optimism actually protected women from dying of cancer, heart disease, stroke and infection.

Experts say optimism may also impact our biological systems.
