Jackson's local community mental health services program has lost significant state funding over the last few years, which is why Jackson county is voting on a millage that will aim to help the program and the people in Jackson and Hillsdale counties. FOX 47's Christopher Lane spoke people about why they say the millage is necessary, and what it will cost taxpayers.
