LANSING, Mich. — What: As a kickoff to National Girl Scout Week, a group of local Scouts want to do something special for the first girl born at Sparrow on Sunday. They will deliver a gift basket of baby clothes and other goodies for the special infant and her parents, and hope to meet with the family. Interviews available with Girl Scouts and Sparrow officials.
Where: Sparrow Hospital, 1215 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing. A member of the Sparrow Marketing Department will meet media near the Starbucks in the hospital lobby and escort them to the Mother Baby Center.
