Eating dinner early or skipping it could actually help you burn more body fat.

Researchers had 11 overweight men and women eat from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. only for four days.

They burned more fat and felt less hungry than when they ate the same amount of calories between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for four days.
