A new warning about the dangers of drowsy driving.

A new study from AAA reveals drivers who get less than seven hours of sleep, nearly double their risk for a crash.

And sleeping less than five hours had a crash risk comparable to someone driving drunk.

While 97-percent of surveyed drivers were ware of these dangers, nearly one in three admitted they had recently driven when they were so tired, they struggled to keep their eyes open.
