Drinking coffee may add years to your life

That extra cup of coffee in the morning or those extra cups throughout the day may be adding years to your life.

Spanish researchers studied nearly 20,000 people and found that those who drank at least four cups of coffee a day, were nearly two-thirds less likely to die during the study period, compared to those who never or almost never drank coffee.

Earlier studies showed that coffee drinking was linked to a lower risk in death from several diseases.
