Children with cell phones losing sleep

Children with access to a cell phone or tablet at bedtime may not be getting a good nights sleep.

British scientists looked at 20 studies involving more than 125,000 children.

They found a consistent link between the use of devices at bedtime and less sleep time, poor sleep quality and daytime sleepiness.

The results were true even for kids who had a device in their room, but did not actually use it at night.
