Xavier DeGrout is a Delta Township resident that is hosting a kick-off event for his new foundation which focuses on aiding those with Autism to achieve their full potential economically, socially or politically. Xavier, who Autistic himself, dreams of working in politics one day and hopes to inspire others with Autism to take an active role in their own communities and local government.
